Santa needs lots of help this year to get ready for Christmas at Door of Hope. Check out the ways you can give back and make a huge difference to a family facing homelessness!

SECRET SANTA

You don’t need to live in the North Pole. There’s no reindeer training involved. You aren’t even required to wear a red fluffy suit…all you need is a BIG heart and the desire to bring lots of smiles to families facing homelessness on Christmas morning. As a Secret Santa you sponsor an entire family and purchase each gift requested (total 2 per family member). Gifts are left unwrapped for parents to wrap. Drop off or deliver gifts by Monday, November 30, 2020. See family wish lists by clicking here and “sign up” when you’re ready! Email secretsanta@doorofhope.us if you have any questions.

FILL SANTA’S SACK

See the smiles on kids faces! Donations of new toys are a huge part of being involved this Christmas. You can fill Santa’s sack and make sure that every child living at Door of Hope has a Christmas morning gift to open. Visit our Amazon Wishlist or purchase your own gifts for children 0-18 years old. Your donation is needed!

GIVE A GIFT…CARD

Shopping freedom helps families in so many ways! Your donation of a $50 Target gift card allows families to purchase the items they really need this Christmas. And, Christmas gifts for teens are always a challenge, yes, even for Santa! We’d love your help delivering smiles to their faces this Christmas morning with a gift donated especially for them. Sign up here to donate Gift Cards.

DECK THE HALLS

This is one of our favorite gifts to the families living here…their temporary home decorated for Christmas! With three sites and three Christmas trees to decorate, new Christmas decorations are at the top of our list. If you are a group, business or organization and are looking for a way to involve everyone we need you. Contact info@doorofhope.us to get all the information!

HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

Families who worked so hard to graduate our program need your help more than ever as they live with the realities of COVID-19; job loss, no daycare, income reduction. This Christmas you can make sure they stay housed. Your donation of $1,000 will give an alumni family a month’s rental assistance. What a gift! Make your donation today by clicking here.
