Door of Hope kids just got back from summer camp at Forest Home – a fun place to just be kids again, while growing spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Swimming, campfires, and outdoor games were some of the daily highlights, while connecting with God and God’s creation made a lasting impact.
“Known” was this year’s theme: just as kids learned to know and admire God’s creation, so too did they learn their worth as God’s beloved children made in God’s image. Our kids came back from camp excited and hungry for more!
“I know that trusting God with my burdens will
give me freedom.”
Camp is one of many ways we invest in children to break the cycle of homelessness for this generation and the next. Another way to invest in kids is just a few weeks away, and we could use your help!
Will you send a child to Knott’s Berry Farm on July 26th? Click here to find out more: https://doorofhope.us/knotts-berry-farm/
